Classic pilates offers many physical and mental possibilities based on 6 principles which you will learn in class and can be applied to everyday life to chase away the strains of our very fast paced life.
As your instructor my aim is to help you strengthen your core muscles, lengthen the spine, build muscle tone and increase body awareness through movement and relaxation.
